To empower Jyoti Resins & Adhesives Limited’s sales and marketing teams with a smart, mobile-first solution for reporting, monitoring, and engaging with field staff, thereby streamlining field operations, improving accountability, and strengthening on-ground engagement to ultimately boost sales and brand loyalty.

Client Requirements

Euro 7000 requires a mobile-first application to streamline field operations and employee management. The app should enable real-time employee tracking with GPS-based attendance, order and collection management for recording sales and payments, and task assignment with status updates for improved accountability. It should also include leave and TADA management for easy request, approval, and reimbursement processing. The goal is to create a centralized platform that boosts productivity, enhances transparency, and simplifies reporting for better operational efficiency.

Challenges and Approach

  • Location Fetching Issues
    Some users face problems with accurate location fetching due to device-related limitations (GPS restrictions, low connectivity, or hardware issues).
  • Free Order vs. Actual Order Calculation
    Users faced difficulties while placing orders when free items (schemes, offers, or gifts) were mixed with actual purchase orders, leading to miscalculation and reporting inconsistencies.

  • Implemented a hybrid location detection mechanism combining GPS, network-based location, and fallback logic to improve reliability. Added location validation prompts and background sync options to ensure minimal data loss.
  • Introduced a dual-order calculation system that clearly separates actual order quantities from free scheme entitlements, ensuring accuracy in both reporting and inventory management. The system also provides real-time alerts if data entry conflicts occur.
