Position

Business Development Executive ( 2+ years Exp.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and cold outreach
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand business
  • Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches for clients
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.)
  • Understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, SEO, etc.)
  • Ability to build client relationships and close deals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

SEO Executive ( 2+ years Exp.)

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Implement on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, URL structure, internal linking)
  • Execute off-page SEO strategies (link building, outreach, guest posting)
  • Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, mobile-friendliness, indexing issues)
  • Monitor performance using Google Analytics and Search Console
  • Track keyword rankings and prepare SEO reports
  • Optimize website content for better visibility and traffic
  • Stay updated with latest SEO trends and algorithm changes

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console)
  • Understanding of keyword research and search intent
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure
  • Ability to analyze data and improve performance
