Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (1 years preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software
Good understanding of market research, lead generation, and sales pipelines
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure product quality.
Identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs and inconsistencies.
Perform regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to understand requirements and provide feedback early in the development cycle.
Review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g., defect densities and open defect counts).
Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
Ensure that the final product meets the quality standards and business requirements.
Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation and test reports.
2+ years of proven experience in software quality assurance.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira, Trello, or Bugzilla.
Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, or similar.
Familiarity with REST APIs and ability to perform API testing.
Basic understanding of SQL and scripting is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across multiple social platforms
Collaborate with the design, marketing, and content teams to ensure consistent branding
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and manage community engagement
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing
Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns on social platforms
Required Skills:
Proven experience in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies
Ability to create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video, reels)
Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign management
Strong communication, creativity, and copywriting skills
Ability to work with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) is a plus
