We architected and deployed the SmartLinen Intelligence Platform, a revolutionary analytics ecosystem that transformed our client SmartLinen’s existing RFID infrastructure into a strategic business intelligence powerhouse serving their 50+ hotel partner network.

SmartLinen, a leading linen supply and management company, provides hotels with premium linens equipped with RFID tags and scanning infrastructure. While their hardware enabled basic tracking, they lacked the advanced analytics layer to unlock the full potential of their RFID data. We built that missing intelligence layer—processing their real-time streaming RFID data to deliver predictive insights that reduced linen losses by 68%, optimized inventory levels by 42%, and unlocked $4.2M in annual value across their hotel portfolio.
