The client, Infostay, needed an all-in-one digital solution to streamline hotel and guest house operations by unifying workforce management, guest engagement, bookings, payroll, and internal communication. The goal was to replace fragmented tools with a centralized platform that offered role-based access for Super Admins, Business Admins, Employees, and Guests featuring real-time dashboards, employee tracking, QR-based actions, and dynamic mobile experiences to enhance both efficiency and guest satisfaction.
